David 731 Raffle Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The raffle is open to all legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Members of the Lodge of David 731/David 731 Brotherhood and their immediate family members are eligible to participate.
• Employees, officers, and directors of the Lodge of David 731/ David 731

Brotherhood, their immediate family members, and household members are eligible to enter or win.

2. Raffle Period:

• The raffle begins on August 1st, 2024 at 12:01 PM (EST) and ends on July 31st, 2025 at 12:01 (the “Raffle Period”).
• All entries must be received within the Raffle Period to be eligible.
• The Lodge of David reserves the right to extend or shorten the Raffle Period at its discretion.

3. How to Enter:

• Tickets can be purchased from designated members of the Lodge of David 731/
• David 731 Brotherhood or at approved locations listed on our official website.
• Tickets costs are $100, $150, and $250. Tickets are non-refundable.
• There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase.
• Tickets must be filled out completely and legibly to be valid.
• All entries must include the participant’s full name, address, phone number, and email address.

4. Prizes:

• The prizes for the raffle are as follows:

1. First Prize: A Polaris Slingshot valued at $20,000.
2. Second Prize: All Inclusive Vacation Package, valued at $5000.
3. Third Prize: A $1,000 Check.

• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed.
• All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
• The Lodge of David 731/ David 731 Brotherhood reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Drawing:

• The raffle drawing will take place on August 23rd, 2025, at 07:00 PM EST at 11785 NW 17th Avenue, Miami, FL, and will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
• Participants do not need to be present at the drawing to win.

6. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified by phone or email, within 3 days of the drawing, if not present at the drawing event.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of the first notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
• The Lodge of David 731/ David 731 Brotherhood is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email accounts, technical difficulties, or a winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

7. Claiming Prizes:

• Winners must present a valid ticket and valid identification to claim their prize.
• Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
• Prize pick-up details will be provided to the winners upon notification.
• Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

8. Publicity:

• By entering the raffle, participants agree to have their name, likeness, and any statements made by them regarding the raffle, or the David 731 Brotherhood used in promotional materials without additional compensation.
• Winners may be required to participate in publicity events as a condition of accepting their prize.

9. General Conditions:

• The Lodge of David 731/ David 731 Brotherhood reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle.
• The Lodge of David/ David 731 Brotherhood is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries;(b)

technical, hardware, software, telephone, or other communications malfunctions; (c) errors in these official rules, in any raffle-related advertisements or other materials; (d) failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, or other technical or human error; or (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

10. Limitation of Liability:

• By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Lodge of David 731/ David 731 Brotherhood and its members, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• The Lodge of David 731/ David 731 Brotherhood is not responsible for any

incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle.

11. Compliance with Laws:

• The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• This raffle is conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 849, governing raffles and games of chance.

12. Governing Law:

• The raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
• Any legal claims arising out of or related to the raffle must be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Miami-County, Florida.

13. Privacy:

• Personal information collected from participants will be used by the Lodge of David 731/ David 731 Brotherhood for the purpose of administering the raffle and notifying winners.
• The Lodge of David 731/ David 731 Brotherhood will not share, sell, or distribute personal information of participants with third parties, except as required by law.
